Being a mum or a dad is scarier, tougher, and more rewarding than any other job. That’s because we feel it all – delight in a new experience, terror in a frightening environment, pride in every new achievement. We cringe, weep, despair…and sometimes we light up inside.
Whatever else they do, most of all our children change. Fast. That little smile we find so hilarious, the nervous way they hug themselves, the million tiny gestures and expressions we love – they probably won’t be doing them in 6 months. In 12 months they’ll be practically unrecognisable. There is no better way than photography to enjoy the journey we’ve taken with our kids, now and in the future.
